We were there when it was busy because of a college graduation, and everyone was on their toes. No wait in lobby, staff friendly, professional, and efficient. Great lobby atmosphere. Room large and immaculate, had extra towels, lots of space for belongings. Beds were super-comfortable! Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.
