We had a great stay! The jetted tub in the room was very spacious and clean. The fitness center was great and so was the free breakfast. The staff were kind and it was overall excellent. The only complaint I have was the carpet in our room was somewhat dirty. After walking on it barefoot we could see the black under our feet so we wore flip flops the entire time in the room.

The room was not as clean as I would have hoped. Fortunately my baby just started walking so he was not crawling on the stained carpet. The tile and bathroom areas were clean. The staff were great, giving us plenty of toothbrushes for when my daughter dropped hers and everyone else’s on the floor. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked more fruit offerings. Bananas, apples, and raisins are all I found. Both of my kids liked the pancakes from the pancake machine. The coffee machine did the trick and they had some favor pumps with it. I used hazelnut 👍 Room service workers were kind and attentive. They would have needed some kind carpet cleaner to truly clean the carpets in our room. There was barely enough room for the pack n play for my baby in the bedroom. Both of the rooms were small but functional. My 5 year old slept on the pull out couch. She was disturbed by the kids on the soccer team(Shout out to the Rochester flash) running up and down the hall before the official quiet hours at 10pm but past her bed time.
