This stay was pretty good, mostly because of the amazing staff and desk concierge. The sheets in my room were stained, but after asking to switch rooms, the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. My bathroom amenities were low in both rooms that I stayed in, but the staff were happy to provide extras once we asked. Great location, very easy to get to everything within walking distance or rail.

The toilet in our room had to be flushed three times with any use - even for just toilet paper to go down. They should also put extra rolls of TP in the rooms. The breakfast staff was pleasant during the week. The weekend breakfast staff was not helpful when asked for a bag - the weekday staff did give a bag when requested. So maybe explain policy to all staff? The valet service was great.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful during our entire stay! The breakfast bar was great with several options. The patio area could use some cleaning and tidying up. Tables were dirty and some trash was on the ground around the tables. Close and walkable to the restaurants, shopping, Rocky statue and Liberty Bell.
