Great location. Beautiful historic building. Each room is unique. They have a dumbwaiter to transport luggage unfortunately it stops at the 3rd floor and our room was another 1 1/2 flights up steep stairs.

We loved the historic feel of the room, the amenities were fantastic and the room was quiet even being on the ground floor facing the street. We LOVED the shower, I’m sure the Queen Lane Reservoir dropped an inch or two after we used it😆 Overall it exceeded our expectations❤️

Very pleased. I was a little apprehensive that there was no front desk, but it actually made the stay more cool. There is someone available by text, and they were very responsive. Plenty of restaurants right outside the door. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Unique mansion converted to hotel. Beautiful furnishings. Staff was attentive. You need to like stairs for certain rooms- no elevator (though there is a dumb waiter for luggage). It can also get noisy at night if bar across street has windows/door open and because of traffic. Hotel supplies ear plugs, but should have a sound/noise machine.

Charming spot, not a soulless box. The rooms are really well designed and decorated, and the invisible/keyless setup gives it more of an Airbnb feel than a hotel. The first-floor library is a nice touch. In-room coffee is a drip maker, but the scoop had no real measure on it, so you're guessing how many to use. Our particular room was tight on layout, and the bathroom was a real squeeze even for one person, let alone two. The AC was the other challenge — kept running either too hot or too cold. Lots to like here overall, just go in knowing the rooms run small.
