Extremely nice hotel! great atmosphere. Breakfast was super with great selection! very clean! My only complaint is there was a staff member on the phone while we were at breakfast walking around the hotel collecting dishes and he was on the phone the entire time we were down there on speaker with a companion discussing their not so great relationship. I felt that it was an inappropiate time to be doing so.

This property is super convenient for the airport and the shuttle was great. Unfortunately the water in the shower was lukewarm at best and the shower itself was very slippery. The fridge had been turned off which we didn’t realize. On the positive side it was clean and quiet.

Breakfast was great, with made to order omelets and waffles. Happy hour had a nice selection of apps ever day, and evening meal from restaurant was good. Hotel was not very clean, with filthy carpet, and tables were not cleaned off when going to breakfast. Room was not cleaned every day, and coffee was not restocked in room. Second elevator never worked, which meant we had a very long walk to our room.
