Staff was 10/10 everyone was so helpful and friendly. Location 10/10 we travelled with children and the location was ideal for many historical attractions. The only thing was the room was on the broad street side and the walls are thin so we could hear everything going on outside even at the late hours at night. Also, the plumbing for the toilet was very slow. Overall an excellent experience would stay here again

Me and my family staid there when we just had 3 little people. We have 6 now and they love the warm cookies they give you when you check in. So the place is nice and but there was a mouse in my room. But other then that I can't complain.

Lovely stay had warm cookies when we checked in. They gave us a 12:30 check out for free! 1 pm was not available for purchase but they did offer the 12:30 for free. Door dash was not allowed up stairs we had to get it downstairs which is fine. The room did feel a bit hot even with the air. It was super clean and parking next door was 50$. Would def stay again.
