Staff was so friendly and nice. The room was clean but on the smaller side. One downside is that the shower/toilet room has no exhaust fan. So there is no exit for steam/other smells. The hotel is great for a night or 2, but don’t expect quiet after 9. Screaming kids and crying children everywhere. It’s right near Sesame Place.

Rooms were clean, halls were clean and quite. Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately 2 days without pool access for what we were told was a poop in the pool really did not sit well with entertaining 4 young children at the end of our short stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in my booking and they went in 1 time. Also the mulch outside caught fire at one point one day, and the following morning there was fire alarms ringing at nearly 9:30 in the morning. Some wake up call.

This was such a beautiful hotel.. the lobby alone with the beautiful decor and sitting areas were so cozy and pretty. The hotel was very clean, the hallway to my room smelled so fresh. My room was also very clean. Smelled nice and the bed was super comfortable. The walk in shower was a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the pool. I did order from The small restaurant near the lobby.. it was convenient so I didn’t have to leave to get food
