I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I loved the room - “The Gilded” - I was given! It was so clean and spacious. Everyone working at the Franklin was super nice and accommodating. Lovely continental breakfast. And in a perfect location!

Location was excellent and should have been a quiet road as it’s a side road but rubbish/recycling picked up at like 0530 in the morning on two of my 3 mornings meant I didn’t sleep well. My shower control must have been broken because my shower was luke warm whilst the sink’s hot water was very hot! I’m not sure if the food in the room was free but it didn’t occur to me that it may have been until I saw the enormous amenities charge to my bill. It would have been nice to make that clear..just requires a little note or being told at check in. The continental breakfast was very average but I’m not a breakfast person. The staff were great. On balance I would not stay there again.
