It is nicely placed along the coast ,whether the climate change is taking over or it's always been the way. But access to the beach is not good,anyone with any mobility issues forget it. You can walk for 500mtr but beware .

Some of my experience here wasn't the hotel's fault. But they are redoing a major part of the road and getting in and out was an absolute nightmare, but that would have been the case with just about any place about 5km in either direction. It would have been nice if they could have at least warned us that this was the case. The room itself was as advertised, clean enough, and small. But we were going out most of the day so we just needed a place to sleep and it did that. The little beach front area was just fine. The hotel could improve by being more cognizant of rowdy groups. Of course, it's Vietnam, so large groups traveling is to be expected, but the karaoke until 11pm and the children yelling and running around on the slippery ground was not only unsafe but unruly and highly disturbing to the other guests. Other than that, it is right on the water and the staff were friendly and helpful in most cases. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort, but I feel like I got less than what even I was expecting for a short, minimalist type of stay.
