Zimmer 301 war zu klein.

Zimmer war zu klein. Im Bad hatte ich Probleme in die Dusche zu kommen. Duschkopfstrahl war auch nicht in Ordnung könnte man aber doch verstellen. Personal und Frühstück Spitzenklasse. War nur vom kleinen Zimmer nicht so angetan. Ohne Sitz und Tisch zum relaxen. Ansonsten sehr sauber und freundlich.

Bei den extrem warmen Temperaturen und derartig aufgeheizten Zimmern war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Klimaanlage wäre toll gewesen.

Standort des Hotels ist super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des Bodensee's sind immerhalb von 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Hotel hat ein super Restaurant und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls super.

Das Einchecken, das Personal und das angeschlossene Personal sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite welches groß und sauber war. Das Bettjedoch war eines der schlechtesten überhaupt. Die Kopfkissen noch viel schlimmer.

Ottima struttura e servizio. Ho però prenotato una camera per 4 con colazione inclusa e Wi-Fi per poi scoprire all'arrivo che la colazione non era inclusa, la camera era un appartamento distaccato dell'albergo e il WI-FI non c'era. Non è comodo stare 4 giorni senza internet ...... Parzialmente soddisfatto.

hôtel très bien tenu. nous avons pu bénéficié d'un appartement de 35 m2 très bien équipé (coin cuisine, petit salon, grande salle de bain) bien que nous n'en n'avions pas réellement besoin, puisque c'était juste pour la nuit. par contre lors de la réservation, il était mentionné petits déjeuners et Wifi gratuit et le prix facturé par l'hôtel. A notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de régler le ménage 75 € et les petits déjeuners. nous avons payé les petits déjeuners mais avons refusé de payer le ménage... sinon tout était OK

Parking gratuit annoncé, sauf si il n'y plus de place... Pas de volet au fenêtre ni de rideau suffisamment opaques pour couper la lumière du jour. Si ce n'est pas important l'hivers où le jour se lève tard, c'est bien géant l'été où la lumière du jour vous réveille à 6 h du matin... Pas de sas entre la chambre et le couloir. Avons été réveillé à 1h du matin par des clients bruyants qui circulaient dans le couloir. Fenêtre de la salle de bain non occultée par vitre opaque ou rideau .. Belle vue pour les voisins !!!! Cuvette wc de type hôpital... vous laisse voir tous ce que vous y avez déposé....

2 schöne Übernachungen !!!!

Uns haben die Fotos der Zimmer im Internet angesprochen. Wir wussten leider nicht, dass man bei der Buchung angeben musste, dass man im Haupthaus übernachten möchte. Unser Zimmer war in einem andern Gebäude über die Straße. Das Frühstück (sehr gut!!!!!) wurde im Haupthaus angerichtet.

I spent two nights at the Flair Adler in Pfullendorf and was very pleased. The hotel has split accommodations with some rooms across the street and up a hill from the reception desk. The staff offered to help carry my bags to the adjoining facility, then she noted that I was limping and kindly offered to change my room to the main hotel area. That was superb customer service! The hotel is neat, the wi-fi fast and reliable, there are two great restaurants on the grounds. Very much recommend this hotel ... oh, the price was superb!

... mitten in einer schönen kleinen Altstadt und doch ruhig, .... sehr freundlicher Empfang durch das Personal ... Restaurant und Bar im Hotel und von guter Qualität ... prima Frühstück mit "richtigem Rührei" ....einziges Manko der Küchengeruch im ganzen Haus ... ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus
