Disappointing 4-Star Experience. Far Below Standards.
This was easily the worst 4-star hotel I have ever booked and it barely qualifies as a 1 or 2 star property.
Upon arrival, we were told they were overbooked and were placed in private accommodation for our first night.
We were told that this happens frequently, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel taking reservations.
The only positive aspect of the property was its location.
The condition of the room and facilities was shocking:
Bathroom: Covered in mold, smelled terrible, and the toilet had not been cleaned prior to arrival. The shower door was both dirty and broken.
Linens: Both the bed sheets and towels had visible stains.
Dining & Kitchen: While the kitchen staff were polite, there were flies landing on the food. Every single day, we had to wait for clean cups or glasses because supplies were short.
Breakfast was identical every single morning and the kitchen chair covers and tablecloths were stained.
Parking: Parking was either in an unfinished building or exposed under trees, forcing us to wash our car twice in just six days.
Management needs a serious overhaul regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and booking integrity. I do not recommend staying here.
