Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice

O serviço da maioria dos funcionários foi excelente. Exceto uma na recepção no dia que cheguei que se entrometia no atendimento do funcionário que fazia minha ficha de forma grosseira me respondendo indiretamente. Pois informei que pedi ao hotéis.com a redução de um dia na diária. Na saída como não fiquei o último dia, e já havia pago, ele não conseguiu fechar a conta o mesmo funcionário que me atendeu na chegada. Ela tomou frente dessa vez muito corte, dizendo que iria fazer o estorno e que eu receria o fechamento depois, pois estava demorando e precisava ir. Ocorre que até o momento não ocorreu estorno e não recebi nenhum comprovante ou NF de serviços.

O espaço do hotel è muito bom! A localização é excelente , o café da manhã estava bem gostosos, mas o hotel está precisando de manutenção e uma modernizada. O hotel está antigo demais e com muita coisa largada. A parte da piscina, cadeiras e guarda-sol totalmente sujo. Enfim, o espaço é excelente , com muita coisa bacana para crianças, mas precisa de uma atenção maior para manutenção .

Acesso com sinalização razoável. De noite, havia música ao vivo no restaurante do hotel e o som pode ser ouvido dentro do quarto. Para quem dorme cedo, pode ser um problema. Café da manhã muito simples, esperava bem mais. Valor muito caro pelo que o hotel entrega.

A estadia foi muito boa para minha familia. Minha mãe está com problema de mobilidade mas o hotel super preparado para esta questão. Gostamos demais do ambiente, da simpatia dos funcionários, da musica ao vivo no inicio da noite, da comida do restaurante enfim tudo muito bom. Só acho que o hotel poderia fazer um investimento nas TVs dos quartos para que o hospede possa ter acesso a outros entretenimentos.
