Muito bom custo benefício. Ambiente agradável com áreas verdes, pássaros, áreas de convivência com lareiras, muito aconchegante. Como sugestão, falta um interfone externo para falar com a portaria e precisa mais atenção com o café da manhã. O pessoal é ótimo, mas falta olhar os produtos oferecidos. No mais, tudo ok!
