O lugar é muito bonito, os funcionários super atenciosos, especialmente o Cláudio, Rafael e Natan, que nos trataram muitíssimo bem. Minha única crítica é quanto ao restaurante que possui somente opções muito caras de comida/bebida. Sei que a proposta é de ser um hotel de luxo, mas já fui em outros hotéis até mais luxuosos que existiam opções mais econômicas. Como lá é distante do centrinho, não necessariamente o casal quer gastar 600 reais por dia com um jantar.

O Hotel é (quase) irretocavel! Está situado num local lindo nos arredores de Itaipava. A beleza de suas suites, piscina, espaços comuns, o impressionante paisagismo, o excelente restaurante, a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários, enfim, (quase) tudo nos impressionou positivamente! Entretanto, o intenso frio que castigou a região no periodo (7° a 14°) nos causou um desconforto terrível, pois, pasmem, na suite não havia aquecimento. Apenas um ar condicionado, o qual poderia ter a função quente, mas isso não nos foi informado no check in, portanto não o ligamos. Isso poderia ter sido explicado na apresentação da suite, mas ninguém nos levou até a suite, apenas indicaram qual era. O outro senão foi o wi-fi: quando estava no ar, era muito bom. Ocorre que era muito instável, mais tempo out do que on. Como no local as operadoras de celular nãopegam bem, ficávamos realmente desconectados. Não fosse esses contratempos, o Locanda della Mimosa seria um dos melhores que já vistei. Voltarei no verão, mas desde que o wi-fi esteja funcionando 100%.

Hotel muito bom mas pela fama poderia ser ainda melhor. Acomodações da suite de 30m2 são muito boas e espaçosas. O ar condicionado deu problema e nos trocaram para outra suite imediatamente. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, apesar de ter opções de omeletes e tapiocas muito boas. O restaurante é bom mas não é extraordinário. A adega é maravilhosa e tem uma experiência muito legal, de abrir espumantes com sabre e degustação de ótimo espumante. Garçons e sommelier muito atenciosos.

Pia do banheiro entupida .Solicitei reparo e não fizeram. O Hotel oferece um ridículo chá da tarde que só tem 1 bolo e quando cheguei tinha acabado e não repuseram. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar e atendimento muito fraco. Me serviram uma tapioca crua e toda deformada .Eu reclamei e trouxeram outra crua e fria .

Café da manhã com moscas e gerente incapaz.

Toda a área da prioridade é ótima. Vale ressaltar o atendimento do Jorge do restaurante, do check in rápido do Adão, e do ótimo serviço de quarto. Agora,‘você pagar quase R$ 2.000.00 por uma diária, e, por ter pouca gente no hotel, reduzirem todo o café da manhã, deixarem tudo no calor cheio de moscas,’com tudo contaminado, quente, frutas se desintegrando, queijo melando,e você tem que se abanar para tirar várias moscas, é o fim. O hotel tem áreas refrigeradas pra servir comidas e optou por não fazer. Sujeitando quem está pagando caro a comer comidas contaminadas e com mil moscas. Fui reclamar, e o cara fortinho cheio de marra que tem o título de gerente simplesmente não pôde se importar menos e fazer nada para amenizar. Até porque , deve ter sido dele a ideia genial de reduzir o café da manhã a um lixo cheio de moscas no calor do porque tinham poucos hóspedes no hotel. Uma vergonha real. Seguem os vídeos em anexo para comprovar essa vergonha.

Adorei minha estadia, tudo nota 10...limpeza,funcionários, localização, restaurante. Local ideal para casais. São pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença, e nesse hotel eles pensam nisso. Os pães são feitos lá, deliciosos. Quando chegamos, ainda estava no horário do chá da tarde(cortesia), comemos um bolo de pistache maravilhoso! Já quero voltar...
