Atendimento e café da manhã e restaurante muito bons. O lado ruim é a localização dos quartos que ficam no mesmo espação da área de lazer e café da manhã o que incomoda bastante principalmente na parte d manhã . Acordamos no sábado às 6:30 da manhã por conta do barulho. Isso foi horrível .

O lugar é muito bonito, os funcionários super atenciosos, especialmente o Cláudio, Rafael e Natan, que nos trataram muitíssimo bem. Minha única crítica é quanto ao restaurante que possui somente opções muito caras de comida/bebida. Sei que a proposta é de ser um hotel de luxo, mas já fui em outros hotéis até mais luxuosos que existiam opções mais econômicas. Como lá é distante do centrinho, não necessariamente o casal quer gastar 600 reais por dia com um jantar.

O Hotel é (quase) irretocavel! Está situado num local lindo nos arredores de Itaipava. A beleza de suas suites, piscina, espaços comuns, o impressionante paisagismo, o excelente restaurante, a simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários, enfim, (quase) tudo nos impressionou positivamente! Entretanto, o intenso frio que castigou a região no periodo (7° a 14°) nos causou um desconforto terrível, pois, pasmem, na suite não havia aquecimento. Apenas um ar condicionado, o qual poderia ter a função quente, mas isso não nos foi informado no check in, portanto não o ligamos. Isso poderia ter sido explicado na apresentação da suite, mas ninguém nos levou até a suite, apenas indicaram qual era. O outro senão foi o wi-fi: quando estava no ar, era muito bom. Ocorre que era muito instável, mais tempo out do que on. Como no local as operadoras de celular nãopegam bem, ficávamos realmente desconectados. Não fosse esses contratempos, o Locanda della Mimosa seria um dos melhores que já vistei. Voltarei no verão, mas desde que o wi-fi esteja funcionando 100%.
