The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

If I could 0 stars I would , around 7:30 pm I went to the fest and requested a wake up call @ 1:45 am , I was going from Teresopolis to the airport by taxi @ 2:30 am, no wake up call was made, I woke up just by fluke at 2:20 , rushed downstairs at the moment I got to the desk no one was there, to do my check out, the taxi waiting outside, the front electric door totally locked, and a sign at the desk “ please wait I’ll be back soon” I figured out no one was coming I remembered there was an exit by the garage, tye main door was closed but on it I figured out there was a little door, that happened to be open my luck, I run to the cab and left . This incident totally ruined my stay at this place , I definitely will not go back to intercity Teresopolis, total lack of respect and responsibility!!

Só pra ficar claro: NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO. Tirando isso, o hotel é muito limpo, quarto espaçoso, ducha ótima, cafe da manhã muito bom e farto. Como às vezes é difícil encontrar vaga na rua, tem um estacionamento mais em conta na R. Carmela Dutra, 766, chamado Lotus Auto.

Fico neste hotel com frequência e nas ultimas três vezes me foi dado um quarto aonde o aquecimento não funcionava! Por favor Intercity, mas atenção a entrega do quarto! Todas as vezes, tentam enrolar na solução! Quarto com defeito, troca imediata! Não adianta tentar enrolar, dizer que vai esquentar! Cheguei meia noite e só recebi outro quarto apos, reclamar diversas vezes e tambem ir na recepção! Vamos melhorar o agilidade da solução!
