O pior Ibis Budget q ja fiquei. Quarto sujo , eu e minha esposa ficamos alojados em um apt c 2 camas de solteiro. Nos foi solicitado previamente os dados p check in via email e ao chegar ficamos mais de 30 min na fila p preencher a ficha de novo. Ao questionar que ja tinha enviado para eles a resposta foi simplesmente nao tinha sido ninguem da equipe. Muito ruim

Equipe muito educada, atenciosa e prestativa. O check-in demorou cerca de 45 minutos devido ao grande movimento na cidade. O quarto estava limpo e atendeu à nossa necessidade, mas a parede estava descascando, o chuveiro esfriou durante o banho e o banheiro estava com forte odor de esgoto ao chegarmos, além de não possuir exaustor. São pequenos detalhes que podem ser melhorados.

Hotel simples. Quarto limpo, mas com luminária solta e ar condicionado não funcionava. O cartão eletrônico por duas vezes apresentou problema e teve que ser substituído na recepção, o que gerou longas caminhadas pelas instalações, visto que os quartos ficam distantes desse setor. O café da manhã muito aquém do que poderia ser. Não conseguem atender com o hotel cheio. Creio que tenham muitos pontos para melhorar.

O hotel é bom, limpo, quarto bom, banheiro bom, banho quente. Porém o estacionamento é numa ladeira ingeme que quando vc chega, toma um susto , sem ser avisada , tem que descer uma escada , andar 2 corredores inteiros e pegar 2 elevadores para chegar na recepção. Se fossemos avisadas .. não teríamos subido com as bagagens ... Além disso não tem ng para ajudar com as bagagens, não sei pq eles não tem toalha de rosto e mãos.. será que a classe econômica não enxuga q mão? Rsss .... Os edredons tb não são meio finos e não esquetam do frio o suficiente, ,,,tive que pedir na recepção e a recepcionista super de má vontade disse que eu tinha que ir até o 2o andar para falar com as camareiras.. Absurdo! . ... Aí exigi que ela resolvesse ..Na recepção tem carrinhos para levar a bagagem , mas eles não informam.. Fora isso os pontos positivos são: café da manhã muito bom , localização, limpeza , banheiro com chuveiro ótimo. Mas fica a dica pra quem for.. descarregar a bagagem antes de subir para o estacionamento, pedir edredom na recepção e saber que não dão toalha de rosto .exija seus direitos... .vale ir de Uber para o centro , 11 min , de 12 a 14 reais ..

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. Logo na chegada, a recepção apresentava goteiras, transmitindo uma impressão de falta de manutenção. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei um absorvente higiênico colado na cabeceira da cama, o que demonstra uma grave falha na limpeza e higiene do ambiente. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Os alimentos aparentavam estar requentados e os ovos mexidos apresentavam um odor característico de ovo estragado, tornando inviável o consumo. Diante dessas situações, não recomendo a hospedagem. Tanto a qualidade da limpeza quanto a dos alimentos ficaram muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel, comprometendo a experiência e a confiança no estabelecimento.

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. É justamente uma das partes da hospedagem em que os hóspedes esperam encontrar mais qualidade. Foi a minha primeira experiência em um hotel Ibis e, sinceramente, não penso em voltar. Havia bastante variedade no café da manhã, porém a qualidade dos alimentos estava muito ruim. A impressão era de que tudo havia sido preparado e disposto de qualquer jeito, sem o devido cuidado. O suco de laranja, apesar de estar identificado como sendo natural, estava muito aguado. O pão francês estava duro, os ovos mexidos tinham aparência e cheiro estranhos, e o pão de queijo parecia estar cru por dentro. Além disso, outros alimentos aparentavam ter sido colocados na bancada sem qualquer preocupação com a apresentação e não a qualidade estava a desejar. Essa não foi apenas a minha percepção. Viajei com um grupo de amigos e todos comentaram a mesma coisa sobre a baixa qualidade do café da manhã. Em contrapartida, o quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos, o que considero um ponto positivo da hospedagem. No geral, a experiência foi decepcionante, principalmente pela qualidade do café da manhã, que ficou muito abaixo do esperado.

Bom, começando pelo terrível estacionamento e pela falta de controle na quantidade de veículos que entram e saíram do mesmo, o acesso é pessimo, a depender do carro ficar muito ruim para entrar e sair, é necessário às vezes até a ajuda de outras pessoas para sair do estacionamento.

Creio que não dei sorte, pois estava uma noite fria e o chuveiro não esquentou de jeito nenhum, Cobertor fino e bem surrado, mas passei uma noite somente foi uma noite tranquila. Com excessão de outro hóspede que chegou às 4 da manhã e bateu a porta com muita força, mas entendo que o hotel não tem culpa nenhuma. Funcionários muito cordiais, educados e prestativos. Diária muito em conta. Cardápio bem prático e preços muito bons.
