Comfort of the bed was very poor , bathroom Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room.

Estivemos no Hotel Vila Suíça e vivemos dias incríveis! O espaço é lindo, aconchegante e cheio de charme — perfeito para curtir em família. Cada cantinho tem um toque especial, e fomos muito bem recebidos. A única pena foi não terem acendido as lareiras externas. A equipe explicou que a lenha estava molhada por conta da chuva do dia anterior, então entendemos. No mais, só gratidão por momentos tão agradáveis. Super recomendamos!

Os quartos são grandes, bem confortáveis, muito limpos e com uma vista maravilhosa para o riacho e para uma vegetação bucólica! Senti falta no quarto do secador de cabelos, já que não podemos levar, por conta da voltagem. O café da manhã é fantástico! Mas o ponto alto do Hotel é o restaurante medieval de pedras, com uma decoração cuidadosa, que a gente se sente em um castelo, recém inaugurado pelo chefe Boto e sua esposa Estela, na área externa das dependências, porém dentro do espaço do hotel, próximo ao estacionamento. Atendimento primoroso! Eles são muito simpáticos e a comida… maravilhosa! Pratos muito bem harmonizados. Com certeza, voltaremos.

O hotel é maravilhoso, dispõe de três piscinas sendo duas delas aquecida. O local é silencioso e muito agradável. Pontos a melhorar seria mais opções de canais na TV, só tinha duas opções de canal com filme e a internet no nosso quarto frequentemente com problema, no mais os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

O hotel é bom, mas o quarto em que ficamos precisa de melhorias. Sentimos falta de uma cadeira e de uma luminária no quarto. Algumas tomadas não funcionavam. Poderia haver uma lixeira para itens recicláveis no quarto. O teto do banheiro estava descascando. O hotel fica na estrada principal, com fácil acesso. Tem um amplo estacionamento. O espaço da piscina é super agradável. Conseguimos dormir ao som da cachoeira. O café da manhã era simples, mas suficiente. O Wi-Fi funcionou bem.

Olhar para as crianças

A estadia no hotel foi agradável, com um excelente café da manhã. Mas, para melhorar precisa ter uma área de lazerais bem elaborada para as crianças com brinquedos adequados para crianças maiores de 3 anos, com escorregador, balanços, gangorras, uma sala de jogos seria o ideal para as crianças não ficarem entediadas.

Minha segunda estadia neste hotel e esta experiência não foi tão boa como a primeira. Nos colocaram em um quarto mofado, comuniquei o fato e o atendente disse: Estranho! Como se invalidasse a informação mas trocou de quarto. Confiando no hotel não fotografei o teto mofado ( deveria ter feito já que a reação do atendente foi duvidar) . Não voltarei.

Melhorar atendimento a viajantes solo

Inicialmente me colocaram em um quarto de canto no térreo, não tive sensacao de segurança. Pedi para trocar, o atendente me colocou num quarto entre o restaurante e a sala da limpeza. Durante o dia ouvia barulho de vassouras batendo etc e acordava cedo com barulhos do restaurante preparando o cafe. Sinalizei por WhatsApp minha insatisfação, sem nenhuma posição ou resposta até hoje. Percebi que o hotel é focado em quantidade de pessoas e familias grandes... quem viaja solo, o tratamento é diferente... para pior. Triste. Mas o lado bom... área de lazer, ambiente externo, ao lado de uma rio natural, piscina natural e aquecida delícia e relaxante, barzinho/lanchonete com ambiente agradavel... ao final gostei e infico.

Sintonia com a natureza.

Minha estadia foi ótima, gostei do hotel, principalmente por causa da natureza, é um ótimo lugar pra descansar.Adorei o barulho do Rio que passa no hotel e tem muitas árvores. Gostei do quarto amplo com janela pra piscina e verde. Achei a área de lazer pequena, principalmente a piscina. Como o hotel fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade senti falta de um lazer no hotel, música ao vivo por exemplo e um bar. Tem um pequeno castelo no hotel que poderia ser usado como restaurante ou bar. O café da manhã é bom, mas senti falta de comida típica da região. O Salão do café é pequeno , causando fila.
