Comfort of the bed was very poor , bathroom Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room.

Ótimo atendimento

O hotel é bem cuidado e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O hotel é um pouco afastado do centro. Tem um riacho que passa ao lado do hotel e o ambiente é muito bonito. Ficamos em um quarto térreo, no corredor que dá para o elevador, então pela manhã tem muito barulho, muito mesmo, por parte dos hóspedes que sobem para o café da manhã, o que prejudicou um pouco o nosso sono. O serviço do restaurante é terceirizado, então só funciona em horários específicos, mas eles indicam locais próximos onde se pode comer ou pedir delivery. Voltaria com certeza.

Ambiente lindo, rodeado pela mata com som das águas do riacho que corta Nova Friburgo. O café da manhã é ótimo, funcionários solícitos e respeitosos. Os atrativos são as piscinas, a sauna e o parquinho para crianças na área externa. As piscinas internas que são quentes estavam inoperantes, os brinquedos estavam abandonados do lado externo, sem uma reforma e limpeza necessária. Não é por pouco movimento de crianças já que quando fomos tinham muitas. No geral foi uma experiência muito agradável que poderia ter sido perfeita caso essas pendências fossem sanadas. Meu comentário é apenas algo positivo pontuando pendências poucas que nada tiram o valor do hotel.

Bom café da manhã. Bom estacionamento no hotel. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, porém tv pequena com poucas opções de canais. Banheiro razoável, porém com água quente somente no chuveiro, o qual apresentou pouca pressão de água. Recepção com pessoas simpáticas e atenciosas.

Estivemos no Hotel Vila Suíça e vivemos dias incríveis! O espaço é lindo, aconchegante e cheio de charme — perfeito para curtir em família. Cada cantinho tem um toque especial, e fomos muito bem recebidos. A única pena foi não terem acendido as lareiras externas. A equipe explicou que a lenha estava molhada por conta da chuva do dia anterior, então entendemos. No mais, só gratidão por momentos tão agradáveis. Super recomendamos!

Pontos positivos: Quarto master bem amplo, com aquecimento, hidromassagem e tudo novinho. Cama enorme e confortável, travesseiros e roupa de banho de boa qualidade. Ducha forte e quente. Frigobar que gela até espumante! Área de spa com piscina aquecida, jacuzzi e sauna para conforto dos hóspedes. Pontos negativos: O restaurante anexo ao hotel resolveria o problema de refeições frente à localização fora da cidade, exceto pelo fato de fechar segundas e terças. Havia um bom movimento no hotel e nem assim essa rotina foi alterada, para comodidade dos hóspedes. Café da manhã variado, mas sem grandes atrativos. O bar da piscina só abre após 17h, o que inviabiliza qualquer atendimento ao longo do dia.
