Great location and beautiful setting.

Loved the stay. Location is great. Walking distance to everything. English speaking staff available. Highly recommend if you want a break from a big city.

Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. 10 out of 10!

Great hotel walking distance from main attractions

Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Lindo hotel na serra

O hotel é lindo e super bem localizado. Possui opções de lazer, como piscina interna. O quarto é bem espaçoso. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Desvantagem é que por ser muito rente à rua, pode ser um pouco barulhento à noite e potencialmente inseguro. O café da tarde poderia ser mais caprichado na alimentação também. Porém em geral saímos satisfeitos de nossa estadia.

Hotel tem todo potencial p ser 5 estrelas. Cama muito boa , lençóis excelentes . Café da manhã pelo q fica exposto parece bem simples ; porém fazem coisas maravilhosas trazidas da cozinha . Os VOS BENEDICT o melhor q já comi .a piscina pequena e deixa a desejar pois tem vista p rua , sem espaço e privacidade . Funcionarios educadíssimos e a recepção precisa de treinamento. Pois tem um atendimento meio q doméstico.

A estadia foi excelente, o local e o atendimento então no mesmo nível. Apenas algumas ressalvas para melhorias. Algumas informações poderiam ser mais claras para uma melhor experiência. No check in, houve o convite para o chá da tarde, porém, a proposta foi diferente do que foi repassado pelo site (site fora dito que seria buffet e na hora o hotel disponibilizava alguns itens). Para o café da manhã, seria melhor um cardápio, pois vc ter que decoraras opções torna o atendimento. O local disponibilizado para o chá é pequeno e faz com que as pessoas tenham que correr e não poder aproveitar melhor o momento para dar a vez para outros hospedes poderem usufruir também.

Muito bom !!!

Foi tudo maravilhoso e incrível, as instalações são muito boas, o charme é o acabamento das instalações são lindas da época do império, sem falar no conforto das suítes é um café da manhã maravilhoso. Com tido fica uma dica para o café pois demora um pouco após a atendente anotar nosss pedidos. Pois o bufet não fica disposto para nos servirmos. Mas voltaremos com certeza , adoramos !!!
