Uma viagem acolhedora e muito boa para descansar.

Minha experiência foi excelente, desfrutando de 6 (seis) diárias no hotel. Fui muito bem recebido desde a minha chegada até a minha saída. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. O local é muito bem localizado no centro de Nova Friburgo. Além disso, o local é Pet Friendly e tratou com todo carinho meus pets que me acompanharam durante a viagem. Super recomendo...e um até breve...voltarei com minha família com certeza!

O hotel está longe do centro,com necessidade de uma boa caminhada ou carro. Não tem elevador,os quartos ficam no andar superior ou no subsolo,onde está a piscina,local muito agradável.O staff é muito cordial e o café da manhã é bom,mas muito glicêmico.

Muito bom

É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Os quartos são bons, o café da manhã é excelente e os atendentes são ótimos. Quero aproveitar e agradecer ao Uanderson que ajudou em muito quando o nosso carro flex não pegou devido ao frio. Ele prontamentente foi até o posto comprar um litro de gasolina.

Otima experiência com mínimos detalhes a melhorar

A minha experiencia junto ao hotel foi boa! O atendimento dos funcionarios é exelente, são prestativos e educados :) O cafe da manha possuía uma variedade de bolos deliciosos e varias outras opcoes bem gostosas; o quarto era bem confortável. O que deixou a desejar: o chuveiro não era a gás, por isso, para deixar a agua bem quentinha, era preciso quase que fechar o chuveiro e nao havia um porta sabonete no box.

Chegamos no check in as 17/30 e tinha café, chá e bolo fresquinho. Água gelada! Atendimento rápido e simpático. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro limpo. Café da manhã generoso e tudo delicioso. Tem que atravessar a rua (simples) do hotel para o espaço matinal. Jardim cuidado e com capricho. Tem parquinho para crianças.

Minha estadia foi muito boa! Quarto espaçoso, hotel limpo, um bom café-da-manhã e o pessoal de recepção são muito educados e prestativos. Porém, fiquei no chalé 407 e a acústica do quarto é péssima! Você escuta tudo... tudo mesmo! Para quem tem o sono leve é um transtorno sério. O piso de madeira faz barulho e parece que vai afundar. Além de você ver as pessoas da parte de baixo pelos furinhos que tem no piso.

Para um quarto executivo achei as instalações muito simples. Os acessórios como cobertores eram insuficientes. O chuveiro para esquentar a água tinha que ser mantido com um fluxo pequeno de água. A equipe de apoio foi atenciosa e prestou um serviço adequado. A localização é boa, ficando perto do centro em local tranquilo e seguro. O café da manhã atendeu às minhas necessidades.

O hotel é bem localizado, agradável, os funcionários prestam um ótimo atendimento, o café da manhã é farto e saboroso, servido em local amplo e adequado. O que necessita ser melhorado é o conforto do banheiro, sem água quente na pia, bancada pequena, faltando cabides e prateleiras para apoio dos itens de higiene pessoal, inclusive no box. Também sentimos falta de maleiros no quarto. O aquecimento, TV e frigobar funcionam bem.
