Fui colocado propositalmente em um quarto sem Ć”gua gelada no chuveiro. Me trocaram para um quarto totalmente mal arejado e mofado depois me mandaram para outro muito velho e mal conservado. Aceitei porque nĆ£o estava a fim de confusĆ£o. Esse grupo estĆ” comprando coisa velha e empurrando nos clientes.

O hotel Ć© muito bom, no geral ele Ć© confortĆ”vel, lindo, o atendimento Ć© excelente, a comida do restaurante Ć© incrĆ­vel, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ servido Ć© Ć³timo. Mas uma coisa que para mim foi bem ruim, foi que, pelo menos no quarto que eu fiquei, era escasso de tomada, apenas duas disponĆ­veis, e era uma no banheiro e outra na Ć”reazinha do closet, que era do lado da porta do banheiro, ao lado da cama nĆ£o tinha. Enfim, Ć© um detalhe, mas isso atrapalha bastante. Fora isso, tudo muitoo bom.

Pousada confortĆ”vel, Ć”rea externa maravilhosa, restaurante muito bom!! ƚnico ponto a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto e a impossibilidade de dispor de taƧas e abridor de vinhos! O barulho da estrada tambĆ©m Ć© um ponto ruim pra quem tem o sono leve! No restante foi tudo Ć³timo, as crianƧas amaram as Ć”reas comuns!

O hotel Ć© Ć³timo! Quarto confortĆ”vel, funcionĆ”rios solĆ­citos e educados, cafĆ© da manhĆ£ maravilhoso, parte externa excelente. A Ćŗnica coisa que fica a desejar Ć© a limpeza do banheiro, tinha muito lodo no box e o chĆ£o do quarto estava muito mal limpo. Equipe de limpeza necessita ser alertada.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Ficamos no quarto mais simples mas, ainda assim um dos maiores quartos, na mesma categoria, que nĆ³s hospedamos atĆ© hoje. Muito bem limpo e cheiroso quando chegamos. Banheiro espaƧoso com pia dupla. Chuveiro com pouca pressĆ£o e precisava esperar um pouco atĆ© a Ć”gua aquecer, tanto no chuveiro quanto nas pias. Closet espaƧoso. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bem servido, e com um horĆ”rio bem atraente para quem estĆ” em viagem de descanso. Senti falta da reposiĆ§Ć£o de alguns itens, porĆ©m considerando que fomos em um dia de baixa ocupaĆ§Ć£o, super compreensĆ­vel. A moƧa que cuida da reposiĆ§Ć£o se prontificou a trazer mais itens sempre que solicitado. A Ć”rea externa Ć© linda e mesmo em um perĆ­odo chuvoso e frio, muito atrativo. A piscina aquecida Ć© Ć³tima e limpa, porĆ©m o teto tem goteiras que mereciam atenĆ§Ć£o. A sauna estava desligada e nĆ£o recebemos nenhum tipo de orientaĆ§Ć£o sobre a quem solicitar que fosse ligada. Inclusive, senti muita falta de um servico na Ć”rea da piscina. Queriamos beber e petiscar e nĆ£o havia a quem pedir, nem orientaĆ§Ć£o sobre como proceder.... O restaurante Ć© Ć³timo, preƧo justo para o tipo de comida que oferece e serve no quarto, o que Ć© maravilhoso quando estĆ” chovendo. O Ćŗnico ponto que deixou a desejar, que nem Ć© um ponto negativo, mas um ponto de melhoria para os rapazes da recepĆ§Ć£o (muito atenciosos, por sinal) Ć© a questĆ£o da orientaĆ§Ć£o sobre acionar a recepĆ§Ć£o pelo whatsapp para pedir serviƧos.
