The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant staff really nice. The rooms need real upgrade. Lots do do for the kids and simple but good food. The communication with reception is difficult especially if you have to resolve reservation issues with Expedia

Muito bom o hotel fazenda. Boas acomodações. Funcionários muito prestativos. Crianças adoraram os animais da fazenda e o verde campo. Alimentação boa, porém precisam estar atentos à temperatura do arroz e das sopas, estavam mornos. Sugiro tb maior iluminação nos caminhos noturnos fora do hotel, muito escuros e com risco de causarem acidentes como topadas e quedas, não só de adultos como tb de crianças. Mesmo assim valeu a estadia!

Hotel maravilhoso e super aconchegante!

Lugar maravilhoso e aconchegante! Já me hospedei no hotel 3 vezes. O hotel é aconchegante, os funcionários são simpáticos e gentis (destaque para o Jonas), a recreação é maravilhosa e a comida é muito boa! Eu e minha família amamos o hotel. Meu filho de 4 anos sempre pede para retornar. A Fazendinha é muito bem cuidada e a visita com o Dr. Henrique (veterinário muito didático e simpático) é maravilhosa! As atividades com o Tio Coelho e Tio Pedro são sensacionais! É um local que proporciona momentos maravilhosos para toda a família! Tem música ao vivo à noite e ainda oferecem alguns petiscos! Vale muito a pena conhecer. Já recomendei para muitos amigos que também foram e amaram!

Hotel clássico no Rio de Janeiro, é uma ótima opção para passar um tempo com a família. O atendimento é muito bom e a comida excelente. Só se prepararem para o frio, os quartos não possuem aquecedores, mas tem bastante coberta. Aproveitem a festa junina, tem uma ótima fogueira e comidas típicas, com muita animação!

Otimo lugar para se ficar.

Simplesmente adorei! Lugar lindo e bem cuidado. Bastante espaçoso. A decoração é rústica e linda!! Meu filho amou a fazendinha, os recreadores tio Coelho (a quem ele chamou de tio Porquinho rsrs) e tia Bete . O escorrega interno é uma sacada incrível dos donos. O hotel tem 78 anos se nao me engano e ainda tem muito do charme de um "Senhor" desta idade. Atende bem a essa proposta e amamos. Super recomendo. A comida deliciosa e o melhor torresmo que comi na vida (e eu nem gosto muito hein). Com certeza voltaremos.

Dias de descanso e relaxamento nas férias

Estadia muito boa. A equipe de recreação e o atendimento em geral são os diferenciais. O hotel é muito bonito, o paisagismo é muito agradável, tem muita área verde e muito espaço aberto para circulação. Meus filhos de 7 e 11 anos circulavam tranquilamente pelo hotel e fizeram novas amizades durante a estadia. A piscina estava em obras, mas não demos falta pq estava muito frio! O hotel é bem antigo, assim como as instalações, mas de uma forma geral estão bem cuidadas e limpas! Vale a estadia, apesar do valor ser um pouco alto.

O tratamento dos funcionários foi excelente, todos educados, prestativos, cordiais. O colchão era bem confortável. Ponto negativo é a recepção não ser 24h e não ter telefone no quarto para contato. A tv não tem bom sinal. As instalações são bem antigas e percebe-se a necessidade de reformar alguns ambientes como por exemplo os banheiros, no entanto, vemos que o hotel tem passado por reformas e melhorias. Achamos que a recreação falha, pois não há nenhum tipo de controle das crianças. Os pais tem de estar o tempo todo junto vigiando, pois os recreadores não tomam conta, apenas comandam as atividades.

Um bom lugar para relaxar e curtir a família

Um local agradável, as refeições eram pouco variadas, mas com bastante qualidade. A internet nos quartos não estava muito boa. Quanto ao chuveiro, para utilizar água quente, tivemos que deixar um bom tempo aberto para que a mesma pudesse vir morna. Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Possuem Várias atividades para as crianças realizarem e se divertirem.
