Fiasco !

Atendimento terrível. Informações desencontradas. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Demora em mesas aguardando atendimento, ao ponto de sair sem ninguém chegar para atender. Sinceramente não sei por qual motivo esse hotel está credenciado ao roteiros de charme. Nada se compactua com o que a rede prega. Uma verdadeira decepção!

Hotel maravilhoso!

Foi nossa 3a vez no hotel, maravilhoso! Fizemos com nossa filha de 3 anos a mesma trilha que fizemos quando ela tinha 3 meses, inesquecivel! Não pudemos andar a cavalo por conta da pandemia, mas foi ótimo mesmo assim, bom demais curtir as trilhas e o lago.

Bom hotel

O hotel tem boas opções de lazer, acomodações e estrutura boas. Achei algumas áreas um pouco abandonadas - por exemplo, a área de lazer infantil, ficava com as luzes desligadas e portas fechadas e a pessoa tinha que se aventurar para encontrá-la. Café da manhã bom, quarto amplo e com camas e toalhas excelentes.

Separei este hotel por fazer parte do roteiro de charme; infelizmente não atendeu minhas expectativas. O quarto, talvez por ter uma tendência mais "rústica", possuia acabamento ruim, mobiliario ruim, banheiro não condizente com a proposta, mobiliario da "varanda" inaropriado para uso, por estar muito sujo . . . Sim o café foi muito bom, e a área d hotel é realmente muito bonita, com muito verde e atividades para fazer. Mas como um "roteiro de charme" nos pareceu um bom hotel fazenda.

Foi um fial de semana bem agradável, mas recomendo o Expedia a retirar a foto do quarto com lareira do quarto standard, pois o mesmo não possui lareira. Para ficarmos acomodados em um quarto com lareira como o da foto o hotel nos cobrou mais 450 reais por diária. Fica a dica para fururamente algum cliente não se sentir enganado pelas fotos disponíveis no site. Quanto ao restaurante, maravilhoso!

Que decepção!

Hotel precisando de muitos reparos,manutenção e atualizações. Minha estada foi muito decepcionante.A começar pela estrada de 2,5 km com trechos em mau estado que tem que se percorrer ao chegar na entrada da Fazenda. Os quartos são antigos,com cheiro de mofo,carpete velho ,sujo e mal cuidado ,não possuem ar condicionado e os banheiros são horrorosos(tampo do meu vaso estava quebrado). O carpete das escadas precisa ser substituído urgentemente,pois é velho,sujo e tem um cheiro forte. A adega subterrânea tem forte cheiro de mofo,sinal de má conservação. As quadras de tênis e basquete na área externa em péssimo estado de conservação,assim como os decks que circundam o belíssimo lago do Hotel. Restaurante: cardápio com poucas opções e com valores bem altos e comida decepcionante,sem sabor e nenhuma inspiração do Chef. Café da manhã bem básico e com muitas falhas,inclusive com café frio e atendentes pouco simpáticos. Wifi razoável,mas satisfatório pra região

Viajem Maravilhosa

Visual incrível, excelente para descansar e fazer atividades junto a natureza. Atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários e dos proprietários. Todo o hotel é muito bem cuidado e com uma excelente culinária. Para ficar perfeito só faltava a piscina ser aquecida.
