Very nice hotel in Petrópolis. With very good breakfast full of fresh Brazilian fruits. Some employees are very friendly, the boss didn't seem too polite.

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da região. A equipe foi muito cuidadosa, atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia, e o café da manhã era bom e bem servido. Como sugestão de melhoria, seria importante instalar uma tomada ao lado da cama. No banheiro, uma prateleira embaixo da pia ajudaria a acomodar a nécessaire, e um suporte ou nicho dentro do chuveiro facilitaria a organização dos itens pessoais. No geral, a experiência foi muito positiva.

Eu fiquei 5 dias num quarto luxo espaçoso, cama king, razoavelmente confortável, chuveiro bom, quarto bem limpo, roupas de cama impecáveis, e super bem localizado. Fica no centro histórico, bem perto da catedral, fácil acesso a tudo (andar de carro em Petrópolis n é confortável, pois há mto movimento, muitas ruas estreitas, de modo q localização conta bastante). Gostei do café da manhã, com opções compatíveis. Destaco a equipe de funcionários, muito prestativa! Recomendo!

O quarto em que fiquei são de bom tamanho, limpos, cama boa, grande, colchões razoavelmente confortáveis, café da manhã bom, equipe de funcionários mto boa (destaque p o Ricardo). A localização é mto boa, bem pertinho da catedral. Três senões: porta do banheiro emperrada, o exaustor do banheiro q n funciona, e a tv com canais c imagens ruins (sem HD). Fora isso, tudo muito bom!
