Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Avaliação grande Hotel Petropolis Estivemos no feriado do dia 20/11/25 curtindo a cidade. Resolvemos ficar neste hotel por estar na região central e poderíamos fazer os passeios a pé. Ao chegar no hotel, vimos que o estacionamento ficava distante. Achei que seria um problema. Mas me enganei. O pessoal que manobra os carros são fantásticos. Muito atenciosos. Só precisa solicitar o veículo pessoalmente com 20 min de espera. Dá para se programar. Pegamos a suíte 501. Quarto amplo, com ante-sala com frigobar, ar condicionado. Como estamos comemorando nosso aniversário de casamento, foram muito gentis de nos deixar frutas cortadas como cortesia. Um cuidado maravilhoso com o cliente. Como sugestão, se tivesse uma máquina com cápsulas e um microondas seria perfeito. Banheiro amplo, com amenites. Toalhas e roupão bem macios. Ducha maravilhosa. O quarto delicioso, com cortinas blackout. Por estar com vista para a rua, as janelas anti ruídos deram conta perfeitamente do recado. Vale a pena a sacada com vista para o museu imperial. Só um detalhe do colchão que já está na hora de ser trocado. Café da manhã bem servido, com funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, assim como o pessoal da recepção. Muito educados. Realmente uma estadia muito agradável.

Toda a experiência de hospedagem foi perfeita. Fomos em família e amigos para o casamento da minha filha e ocupamos no total 4 quartos no hotel. Equipe de recepção, restaurantes, quartos e vallet, todos muito educados e solícitos. Café da manhã, um dos pontos altos, extremamente farto, com ampla variedade de itens. Diversos bolos, dá vontade de experimentar cada um, todos que provamos estavam muito gostosos.
