Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Com certeza é um hotel excelente e com uma localização maravilhosa, mas peca pela falta de carinho nos detalhes ... Trata-se de, no minimo, minha décima hospedagem no hotel, inclusive jah tendo passado lua de mel na melhor suíte do local ... E, infelizmente, a suíte nos ofertada nesta viagem, além de barulhenta (proxima a área onde é oferecida o café da manhã), sofria por ser ao lado da academia e o barulho da esteira ser insurpotável (ainda bem q a noite não funciona), o ar condicionado estava com algum defeito e funcionado com um barulho que pareciaa problemas no encaixe, mas enfim ... Impossivel de mante lo ligado ... Ainda bem foi um findi mais fresco ... Da mesma forma, não sei se do registro do chuveirinho ou da caixa do vaso, mas havia uma água acumulada nos fundo da bacia do sanitário ... Com certeza retornarei, mas de forma alguma retornando no primeiro ou segundo andar ... A experiencia pode não ser tão boa.

Fiquei no quarto de frente para rua e as janelas não são eram anti-ruido. As toalhas de banho são ótimas. Banheiro com shampoo, condicionador, sabonete líquido, touca de banho e secador de cabelo. O ar condicionado fazia barulho. Foi chamada a manutenção para resolver mas não deu certo. Café da manhã bom. Possui estacionamento próximo ao hotel. Ótima localização.
