A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hotel que vive mais do fato de ter sido um castelo. AcomodaçÔes modestas, louças do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ no restaurante trincadas, hidromassagem no quarto com aspecto sujo... AtĂ© para usar o chuveiro (que era dentro da hidro) preferi usar chinelo de tĂŁo repugnante que era a hidromassagem. Na visita Ă  parte destinada Ă  festas do castelo foi informado que nĂŁo era permitido tirar fotografias com cĂąmeras, apenas com o celular... Isso Ă© tĂŁo sem sentido e tĂŁo estĂșpido que nem cabe qualquer tentativa de entendimento. Piscina no hotel? Com uma ĂĄrea de terreno daquele tamanho, construir uma mini piscina no terraço do hotel Ă© outra daquelas ideias que quem teve merecia ser despedido. Enfim, nĂŁo fosse pela boa vontade da funcionĂĄria Paula, a experiĂȘncia teria sido muito pior

Estadia muito mas muito mais ou menos de verdade, voce não vai encontrar absolutamente nada muito melhor do que em um hotel de duas estrelas ou nota na casa de seis a cinco, o cafe da manha eu esperava muito mas muito mais mesmo, super simples na mesma pegada que qualquer hotel de beira de estrada entregaria, rigorosamente nada de diferente, inclusive parece que a administração da taberna é diferente da do hotel, time de garçons muito despreparada, os funcionarios dando risada alto, fazendo brincadeira mais parecia a cantina de uma escola em vez de um hotel, atendimento bem ruim mesmo, qualidade do produto tambem bem ruim pedi um prato de carne com molho com ao ponto, veio uma carne super bem passada, com um molho basicamente intragavel, o preço ficou como de um restaurante de alta qualidade para duas pessoas, o hotel mesmo o quarto eu peguei um intermediario chamado de quarto do principe, a unica alegria ali foi o chuveiro que realmente é excelente, o blackout simplesmente não mudou nada a claridade pela manha, o banheiro fedia a urina o tempo todo e a cama super estranha e torta, ainda para ajudar acho que algum hospede estava afim de fumar uma verdinha e o corredor ficava com cheiro por todo lado, nada contra quem usa, mas isso incomoda os demais, na piscina deixaram a hospede ir com som alto, até foi um funcionaria mas não fez nada, em resumo se for apenas fazer a visitação vai ser mais barato e não irå perder nada.

O que era referencia em PetrĂłpolis, se tornou um hotel mal acabado, com pĂ©ssimo atendimento, quartos sujos, cafĂ© da manhĂŁ deplorĂĄvel. JĂĄ fiquei mais de 8x no hotel, e confesso, essa foi a Ășltima vez. Contra-indico aos usuĂĄrios da Hotels.com, hĂĄ outras opçÔes na regiĂŁo, basta procurar. Literalmente, acabou o hotel.
