Hace frio, no hay calefaccion y la habitacion tenia una ventana grande sin vidrio, escondida por una cortina. Gravisimo error del hotel dar cuartos asi y ademas cobrar. Pesimo detalle.

O local é maravilhoso, uma área extensa dentro da natureza bem preservada, um paraíso!. As acomodações precisam de manutenção, torneiras pingando, sauna a vapor não funcionando etc. Café da manhã razoável, sem muitas variedades de pães e frios. Toalhas de banho muito encardidas.

Abandono e baixo custo x benefício

O Hotel está abandonado. A piscina térmica agora é gelada, a sala do café não existe mais, o café da manhã foi muito aquém do que a estrutura do Hotel oferece, trocamos de 2 quartos até um que agradasse... uma pena, a estrutura é boa, a proposta é boa, mas as coisas não estão em equilíbrio, assim o custo benefício não valeu, ficou caro. Sugiro dar maior atenção ao Hotel e melhorar o café

Hotel é muito bonito cercado da natureza

O hotel é muito bonito, tem uma ampla área verde, oferece diversas opções de lazer, a vista é maravilhosa, tem piscina aquecida, sauna, cachoeira, parque e casinha de bonecas para as crianças, pedalinho, restaurante. Tudo muito limpo e consevado Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã bom e saboroso. O chalé e banheiro são grandes, limpos, bem decoardos, porém a cama é composta por duas camas de solteiro deixando um buraco entre elas. A placa de sinalização da entrada do hotel poderia ser melhorada. Á área externa do hotel poderia ser mais iluminada. Adorei o lugar, voltarei com certeza.

Gostamos muito do espaço. Café da manhã ótimo. Piscina maravilhosa. A cachoeira é uma graça a parte. Amamos Única ponto negativo na minha opinião é que fomos cobrados uma taxa de 10%para serviço no restaurante da pousada. Poderíamos ter nos negado a pagar, mas preferimos pagar, mas ainda assim achei incoerente a cobrança da taxa por um serviço que estávamos pagando pela hospedagem.

O ambiente é maravilhoso, uma estrutura surreal, com piscina, paisagens e um restaurante lindo. Porém acho que poderia ser mais bem cuidado. O recepcionista não era muito educado. Chegamos com sede e fome e tudo que tinha no nosso frigobar ou para comer era 1 água com gás. Tivemos que buscar algo na portaria no meio da noite para beber. Outro ponto é que o café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções. É até triste porque a vista de lá é maravilhosa.

Quarto em condições precárias! Limpeza superficial demais, que até eu faço melhor. Cortina toda mofada, faz anos que não são tiradas para lavar, atrás da cama a parede está toda mofada. Tive problema no vazamento do box do banheiro, tínhamos que usar mais de 5 toalha no chão, uma nojeira, e ninguém resolveu nada, e muito menos trocou a gente de quarto.

Dia de horror.

Péssima, começando pelo checkin que atrasou quase 1h .. eu nunca vi isso na minha vida, e trataram como se fosse algo natural.. chegando no quarto, tive que pedir para trocar a roupa de cama pq bem na frente tinha uma mancha que parecia ser de fezes. O abajur do quarto manchado de sujo, a pia do banheiro estava uma nojeira, até cabelo nela tinha, o box do banheiro não dá vazão a água, fazendo uma grande piscina quando vc toma banho, sem contar que a água vaza todo para o lado do vaso, muita água mesmo que vaza, o ar condicionado pinga dentro do quarto. Ah pra vc q só dorme vendo tv, tenho uma péssima notícia.. não tem controle da tv, apenas da SKY, para ligar e desligar a tv vc precisa levantar e fazer direto na tv. Foi apenas uma diária de horror, não voltaria e fico até com receio em ir em outros hotéis que são administrados pelo "castelo itaipava". Um show de horror.

Excelente "custo-benefício" local muito agradável tanto para quem quer descansar como para quem quer se divertir. Chalés confortáveis em meio à natureza, excelente café da manhã, funcionários muito solícitos tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante sem esquecer do pessoal da limpeza. Todos simpáticos! Já ê a segunda vez que passamos um período nesse local. Com certeza voltaremos novamente!

Boa localização para quem quer ficar mais afastado e com mais tranquilidade. Muito verde e uma excelente estrutura, mas o quarto deixou a desejar. Banheiro sem locar para pendurar toalhas, boxe sem locar para colocar shampoo, choveiro com a pressão tão forte que mal conseguíamos ficar muito tempo. Não tinha controle do ar e nem da tv. Conseguimos um controle para o ar, mas se fôssemos ligar a tv tínhamos que ligar na própria.
