“Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

“Ubicación: El lugar está muy bien ubicado, con playas, restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas, también tiendas para hacer compras. Acceso y registro: El acceso al edificio no es tan fácil pues se requiere un registro facial en una plataforma que tardaba en cargar. Nuestro check-in era a partir de las 3 pm, llegamos a las 5 pm y todavía tuvimos que esperar para poder ingresar, pues aún estaban haciendo la limpieza; en nuestro caso esto se compensó pues el check-out era a las 11 am y lo hicimos hasta...

“Personal vor Ort war ok. Zimmer war um 17 Uhr nicht fertig, obwohl checkin war ab 14 Uhr. Wir müssten bis 18 Uhr warten, das Zimmer war imprägniert vom Desinfektionsmittel, da sie schnell putzen müssten. Die Lage ist gut, sonst können wir nichts positives berichten.”

“Es un excelente departamento, muy lindo, moderno y con una vista al mar espectacular, está muy bien equipada además de tener una muy buena ubicación, justo frente a Copacabana. El personal es muy amable, nos dejaron dejar las maletas incluso antes de la hora de nuestro check in. Todo estaba muy lindo, cada habitación, el baño, la sala, incluso la alberca era increíble. Muy bueno en todos los aspectos.”
