The room was really nice. Everything was clean breakfast looked good however it looked like a mob scene with kids running around and getting food. I decided just to grab a cup of coffee and go to Petoskey for breakfast. Staff was super nice. They were doing the best they could. An elevator would’ve been nice. However, the stairs were safe and wide. I would stay there again.

Parking was fine. Room was less than clean. When something was said to the staff they didn't seem to care. There were body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower, but they were empty. Didn't eat breakfast because the small room was full and nowhere to sit. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

I really liked the breakfast and snack options throughout the day. The room was comfortable, but when we first got there the comforter was dirty and the bathroom door doesn't shut and was dirty.

Arrived Thursday August 21, 2025, the gal at check in was very friendly and helpful. Recommended some local restaurants for dinner when asked, which turned out very nice. Enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning before checkout with another friendly checkout agent. Thank you.
