Great lodging, the shower was amazing, comfy bed and very comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. Golf and restaurants were walking distance or short drive. If you’re playing any of the Boyne courses, the highlands is a great place to stay!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in the main lodge, which is beautifully renovated. I don't think there could possibly be a better value in the entire area for the summer. Amenities were amazing, including free 9 hole golf course, smores/firepit/outdoor games, and chair lift. There was something for everyone; we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it all.

Fun at Highlands

The Highlands was a lot of fun! Had our own private pool & exercise facility in our building which was so great, our kids and us loved it. Food & beverage areas on site which was super convenient. Close to two popular downtown areas with additional restaurants and shopping. Beautiful grounds and hiking, fun in summer & winter!

The staff was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. My kids unfortunately got a stomach bug while we were there. They set us up with another room to get some distance, brought my son a little care package and everything. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.
