The rooms were spotlessly clean, with housekeeping service twice a day, which we really appreciated. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent — very generous, with fresh eggs made to order. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. However, we didn’t find the hotel restaurants particularly cosy, and the prices felt a bit steep considering the quality of the food served.

Had a truly lovely experience at Palm Spa Reunion ✨ The staff really deserve to be highlighted – they are kind, attentive, and highly professional, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting, and the spa is absolutely fantastic – perfect for fully relaxing and unwinding. The whole atmosphere is just spot on. The food was also really good and completed the experience 👌 A small tip: make sure to book your spa experience in advance, as it’s a popular place. Highly recommended!

Nous avions initialement réservé une suite de catégorie supérieure. Cependant, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée présentait une forte odeur de moisissure, rendant le séjour impossible (maux de gorge et maux de tête). Nous avons donc dû demander un changement de chambre. et dans la 2eme chambres pas d'eau chaude. Au vu du tarif de la chambre, cette situation nous semble inacceptable. Le changement a également entraîné une perte de temps, et aucun geste commercial significatif n’a été proposé, à l’exception d’un cocktail offert.

Nous avons séjourné au Palm Hotel & Spa pour célébrer nos 20 ans de mariage et l’expérience a été absolument exceptionnelle. Tout est beau, élégant et parfaitement entretenu : les infrastructures sont modernes, chic et très confortables, avec des chambres magnifiques et une vue superbe. L’accueil et la qualité du personnel sont remarquables, avec une multitude d’attentions et un service irréprochable, que ce soit en chambre, à la piscine ou dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et le restaurant du soir est absolument délicieux, avec une cuisine raffinée et un niveau de service remarquable. L’emplacement est parfait, avec Grande Anse juste en contrebas et un point de départ idéal pour rayonner dans le sud de l’île ou vers le volcan. Un véritable cinq étoiles, rare sur l’île, où l’on se sent accueilli comme des rois et où l’on aurait volontiers prolongé le séjour.
