Parking was easy. Plenty of space, We received a warm friendly greeting from the receptionist. She was very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. We will book a queen size bed next time and ask for a quilt to be put on the mattress as we found the bed a little hard. Breakfast was comprehensive and good quality. Sadia the lady working this morning was very helpful. All in all, we were impressed with the hotel and will be staying again

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very tired and needs some changing and upgrades and the bathroom was not clean with ingrained grubbiness. At breakfast, there was a coffee machine with no facilities for decaffeinated coffee. Just sachets of decaffeinated. Otherwise breakfast was good.

With a 16 month old we opted for a the larger disabled room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly, very attractive to our son. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of cooked and continental foods. The pancakes were especially lovely. Parking on site. It's a 10/10 from us

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was cold on arrival but warmed up once we turned the radiator on. However, in the morning the radiator was cold and would not warm up. The hot air system took the chill off the room. Parking was easy, and service when dining in the restaurant was very good. It was quiet, and we had a good nights sleep.
