The person who checked us in was nice and helpful and let us get a room early for a modest fee of $10. We had an easy check-in. We did not try the free breakfast.

This hotel provided a useful stop off point. Cobourg was surprisingly nice. Breakfast here was included and good, with some of the best coffee I had in Canada for this type of hotel.

The night manager was very helpful when I had problems with my room key. He had a bunch of things going on at the Inn, but was able to help me quickly. I really appreciated his help.

Quick and courteous check-in - was able to accommodate my small dog with a drive up room. Although there was one outdoor picnic table and two chairs - it was used up by two guests that stayed for a long period so we were not able to use it to sit with our dog.

The elevator happened to be out of commission but only had to climb one set of stairs, and honestly, that's not that much of an inconvenience. Also it is probably already fixed anyway. Great easy clean place to stay with the family.

Small town service with a smile

Stayed for the location proximity to the event we were attending. When booking didn’t realized that breakfast was included. Have to say the breakfast offering surpassed any recent hotel breakfast that we have had! Lots of choices and fresh and hot! Staff were friendly and helpful
