Everything was perfect no kids running up and down the hall, staff was very helpful and friendly breakfast was very good could have bacon more often than sausage the eggs were good the coffee was to die for every morning pool was lukewarm which was certainly better than my last 2 trips in Ontario, Kelsey’s beside the hotel was fantastic you could drink pretty hardy and it had my favourite beer on draft

The front staff during check in had to call Expedia and renew to payment as Expedia canceled my reservation. The front staff member went above and beyond dealing Expedia on the phone while checking in other guests for 30 min. I will not be using Expedia again.

Pleasantly surprised that the hotel supplied a “treasure hunt” for the young children in our party. Also that they supplied “coins” that they could trade for a Freezie during their stay. It gave them something to do when they weren’t in the pool. Pool was comfortably warm for swimming.
