The young man at the front desk was amazing and very kind. The property was run down. The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Maybe none had stayed there in months? Windows so dirty as well as the carpet and overall property needs renovations. Location was good. The marina was a bunch of dilapidated boats… maybe pictures need to be updated on the site. It’s kind of misleading.

carpet was stained really bad; carpet also had a seem rip along the length of the room through the middle of the room. one of the bed side lamps sockets was broken to where you could get an electric shock turning it on or off. Noisey AC, no ability to open a window, black mold in the shower tile grout and some ceiling tiles in the hallway were stained from prior roof leaks. the only one staff member I encountered was really nice and the bed was super comfortable; over all for the price I paid, not worth it and I won't be coming back.

We had a nice stay there. Good buffet breakfast. Property needs lots of exterior maintenance. The light rail train runs near the property and a bit noisy and was fun to set your watch by! Would stay there again if in the area.
