Upon check-in, Ana, provided a warm welcome; kitchen staff, Susana, is always cheerful with a big smile every morning. The hotel staff is very professional and deicated to providing excellent services. Thank you for making our stay safe and comfortable.

The staff managing the place is caring and helpful. THe breakfast provided is one of the best --- many options and flexible time. There are 2 supermarkets around and walkable to the town centre and train station. The only complaint I have is the humidity and the absense of ventilation in the bathroom.

Hotel very basic. Room is smelly because there are water damages in the building. Breakfast is good considering the price of the room

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade de localizar a entrada e no atendimento inicial - aparentemente não há alguém na recepção o tempo todo, sendo o mesmo por demanda. Mas quando houve, foi muito cordial e gentil. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, com opções suficientes para uma boa refeição. Não possui estacionamento, mas nas ruas próximas tem vagas sem cobrança. O ar condicionado do quarto estava com uma parte quebrada, mas funcionava.

Hotel pequeno, ocupando apenas o primeiro andar em edificio grande. Muito limpo e decorado com bom gosto. Atendimento gentil. Para pessoas idosas ( nosso caso) e com muitas malas o acesso aos quartos é um pouco complicado porque é necessario utilizar o elevador da parte residencial do edificio. Outra falha é a localização da recepção, instalada no final de um corredor, sem visibilidade a partir da rua, o que causa uma má impressão inicial. Não há estacionamento, mas é muito facil e seguro estacionar nas proximisades. O café da manhã é simples mas satisfaz. Otimo custo beneficio.

mærkeligt hotel, beliggende på 1 sal i en beboelsesejendom, kort til floden, pæne værelser og ok morgenmad, men receptionen talte meget meget dårligt engelsk, og in-check skete via en telefon til ejeren, der var meget mistroisk om vi var dem vi var selv om vi havde vist pas. lige som vi fik en voksen belæring i at passe på nøglen, allerede inden vi havde fået den udleveret
