The room was very clean, comfortable, owner of property welcomed us. Very safe and quiet location. Parking lots inside property very big plus although outside street parking safe and plenty. Bcz house has no number it took a while to find the property. However the customer care was very helpful and we found the location. Also pictures of street and property were sent to help us. By the way: property is in front of a cemetery so that can be a reference point.😀 Wi-Fi in the room not working. The SSID and password were provided but it didn’t showed up in our three iPhones. But we had mobile WiFi we brought with us. Overall good QPR.

We had the exclusief appartement, that was to the back, and that was really nice and silent. The complex is a bit more up the mountain and not that "next" to the water/center what was perfect for us! (more silence). And even then everything in near you, supermarket at walking distance, or just a 5-10 min drive to the river. Plenty of restaurants, hikes, activities to do. Rooms where nice and spacious, kitchen was equipped with all you needed. And it was clean. There is a parking garage below the building, with easy access to your appartment, and a fence that closes to secure it all. Thank for having us, Mike & Kim

Mis hijos y yo hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en este fabuloso lugar, en el que la tranquilidad y el buen trato del personal ha sido excelente. Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados y nos han facilitado una estancia muy cómoda. Volveremos a repetir en cuanto nos sea posible. Muy recomendados

The apartment was very spacaious and well organized. The location is in the middle of Doro valley, which was a beatiful location. Check in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend to stay at this place as it is as good as it gets .

Nous avions l'appartement avec 3 chambres pour 2. Donc beaucoup de place. Très propre et bien équipée, rien à redire. Il y a un garage en sous-sol, sinon de la place en face devant le cimetière.

An excellent property to stay at, secure parking, everything had been thought about and included in the accommodation so you didn't need to go and get to make the stay better. The facilities were modern and fresh. A great deal of thought had gone into the premises. Highly recommended. The communication was good and the onsite team were friendly.

Perfect place

We loved everything about this place. Spotless, huge space, modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable couch and beds, great shower. Garage parking to top it off. We wished we stayed longer. Great place after a beautiful visit to the Douro Valley.

WRONG Google Map location!

Had a hard time finding the location of the hotel, Google Map does not know where it is which is very frustrating. Then ive checked in online hours prior, they failed to email me the entry code, which caused me to frantically trying to bcontact them, almost didnt have a place to stay for thr night

We loved the property itself, the apartments are so nice! The only issue we had was finding the place. The address they provide is just the street it's located on. To find the guest house, you need to go to the Godim cemetery and look across the street. Other way to find it is a couple houses to the West of the church. Other than that, it's a great stay! Hopefully they will update their address in the future!

Nice Hotel but Needs Clearer Instructions

A nice apart hotel in Douro Valley. Very reasonably priced. Spacious and clean apartment with parking on premises. Location of the hotel are wrong on both hotels.com and Google Maps. The hotel is at least two more blocks east. Check-in instructions were incomplete making it impossible to open the main door. It took over 1 hour to reach someone after 8pm to get the issue resolved.
