Lovely hotel close to train station and ferry.

Lovely hotel and great location next to the ferry to travel to other towns in Lake Garda, train station and next to local restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was really nice with various choices on the breakfast menu. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay and we had to have the windows open through the night which was slightly noisy as the hotel was near the busy restaurant areas. Other than that a lovely hotel.

Even though we knew Lake Garda would be beautiful we were blown away by the charm of Lazise (where we went to attend a cooking class!) and then the entire area surrounding Bell;Arrivo in Peschiera. The hotel was very easy to get to from Verona. The staff were helpful and offered good service--but I wish they had been more friendly. The room was lovely and-- thank goodness--the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The second day-a young woman tripped and the glassware she was carrying shattered into pieces. We all tried to help clean up and the staff was so friendly and apologetic (although it was not anyone's fault) that I felt more connected. Everything was VERY CLEAN and we were seated by a window with a beautiful view. Anyone who goes to Verona and wants to see Lake Garda should choose this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The location was convenient, right across from the ferry dock. However, I did encounter a few issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect rating. The hotel did not have an iron, there was a water shortage at 9.30am that lasted for 20 minutes, and the AC was not working on the second day. Despite these setbacks, I would still rate my overall experience as 4 stars.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and while the location is very convenient—close to ferries and in a walkable area—the experience was less than ideal. The hotel was clean, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get any sleep during my stay. The AC was not working, and when I asked about it, the staff informed me that the air conditioning was controlled by the entire building. Their solution was to open the windows for better air circulation, but this made the situation worse. The hotel is situated above a restaurant that stays open until 2:00 am, and the noise was unbearable. Between the heat and the noise, it was impossible to get any rest. Sadly, I will not be staying here again.

My wife and I stayed at Bell’Arrivo for three nights while exploring the beautiful Lake Garda, and we had a wonderful stay overall. What truly makes this hotel special is its unbeatable location. It’s just a 15-minute walk from the train station and directly across the street from the ferry terminal, making it an excellent base for discovering the lake and the surrounding towns. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The only downside for us was the bathroom, which felt quite small, and when I asked to borrow an iron, I was told the hotel didn’t have one available. It’s worth noting that this hotel doesn’t offer many amenities beyond breakfast, so it’s best suited for travelers who plan to spend their days exploring and simply want a clean, comfortable place to relax at night. Despite the few minor inconveniences, we would happily stay here again. The fantastic location, comfortable beds, and genuinely kind staff make Bell’Arrivo an excellent choice for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to experience Lake Garda.
