The property is quite dated and could definitely do with some renovation and better maintenance. However, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few issues during my stay, including empty soap and shower gel dispensers and problems with the hot water. The outdoor areas and garden also felt rather neglected and poorly maintained. It’s a budget-friendly place, but with a little more care and attention it could be much better.

Très bon hôtel typique

La propriétaire est très gentille et le personnel également. L’hôtel est ancien et typique ce qui change de tout ces nouveaux hôtels qui se ressemblent tous. Des beaux meubles anciens le tout d’une propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner très bien.

Wir waren vier Nächte im Hotel. Es war einfach, aber sehr sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch und der Kaffee sehr gut. Schön war es, dass in direkter Nachbarschaft ein sehr gutes und günstiges Restaurant war - La Dolce Vita - in dem wir Abends sehr gut essen konnten! Wir würden immer gerne wieder herkommen da wir fast jedes Jahr mal nach Perugia fahren, wird das bestimmt auch passieren!

Das Frühstück war gut, das Bett sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte zum Glück einwandfrei, die Réception war rundum besetzt, was einen flexiblen Check-In erlaubt. Die Nähe zu Bussen für die Altstadt Perugia ist sehr praktisch
