The property has recently been renovated to very high standards. Shower was a bit small but the facilities and room were really nice and overlooking the main street. Staff was very nice and helped with all our requests.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of this historic city. Close to all restaurants and public transportation. Nothing beats the kindness of the staff and prompt service. The reception arranged dinner reservations for us for several nights. Their suggestions were spot on and worth the trip. The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff made this stay very enjoyable. Would come back in a hot second.

The hotel itself is lovely — well located, recently renovated, with nice décor that gives it a fresh feel. But what truly makes this place a gem is the people. Chiara at the front desk sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Marina and Yessenia in the breakfast restaurant are warm and attentive, and they make mornings genuinely enjoyable. And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star. Highly recommend.
