良かった点 ・室内は非常に清潔感があり２日間気持ちよく過ごせた ・受付スタッフはチェックイン時や依頼事に親切かつスピーディーに対応いただきました ・パース駅からも徒歩10分圏内であるとともに無料のCATバスのいくつかのLineが乗れるので非常に便利出会った 改善したら良いと思った点 ・チェックイン時にバスローブが設置されてなく持ってきていただいたが、しわくちゃで使用しなかった ・部屋に時計がなく都度スマホで時間を確認した ・ウオーターを毎日補充いただくと更に良かったと感じました

Although advertised as a 5 star luxury hotel, with several restaurants, bars and amenities, and a buffet breakfast included with the room, the experience was poor. Restaurants were completely closed on some days and closed very early on others. The rooftop bar was booked out for events. The breakfast was from a restrictive meat-based menu with either coffee or orange juice. The pub closed at 8pm. Water bottles were only provided on check in and had to be personally requested thereafter with the hotel policy being not to provide them. Room service food options consisted of a toastie. The hotel was clean and the rooms had decent air con, but the experience was far from 5 star.

5つ星ホテルの清潔さと快適さで、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。建物自体は古いですが、隣の部屋の音はまったく聞こえず静かに過ごせます。 中心街にありながら専用駐車場があるのは大変便利でした。部屋も広く、スリッパも用意されていて快適です。 朝食はとにかくボリューム満点！朝からお腹いっぱいになれるので、ぜひ朝食オプションをつけることをおすすめします。 唯一残念だったのはWiFiで、暗号化通信が無料で使えるともっと安心できると思いました。

Good spot in East Perth.

Nicely located hotel in a quiet area but with plenty of bars,cafes, shops nearby . Short stroll into town centre and down to the river area. Hotel was okay , maybe a little bit tired in the bedroom and succeptable to traffic noise being on the road . Good options for dining and small gym. All in all a decent stay and location.

Every interaction we had with staff from check in, dining and check out was polite and courteous. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We had parking nearby and were able to walk a short distance to the entertainment centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Stylish, but not luxurious as promoted

I chose this hotel for one reason only - the promoted luxury bedding and pillow top mattress. In reality, the bed was fine, but really no better than the average hotel. There were a number of issues with things not working in my room, but they were all repaired.

Excellent choice of hotel for a visit to Perth. Couldn't fault cleanliness, quality of room or friendliness of staff. Very conveniently situated to explore Perth. Coffee shops very close by as well as an assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend and would stay there again

Very new and modern fittings and furnishings. Poor Cleanliness - housekeeping did not vacuum floors or change sheets. Pretty sure the same towels were just rehung each day. One day the room was only partly tidied and a bag of rubbish left on the ironing board! No minibar if you wanted a snack or Nespresso maker so to me this is not 4 star. Rooms are absolutely tiny and mine didn’t even have an arm chair to sit on. I had to sit on the bed or the desk chair.
