Great weekend stay

Recently renovated hotel with generous sized rooms. Only slight issue was that check in is advertised as 24/7 however when I arrives at about 11.30pm the doors were on auto shut and the door bell took some time to be answered, however it was OK in the end.

Perfect location to explore Perth

The Melbourne Hotel was an excellent choice for our one week stay in Perth, the hotel effectively combines 1800s architecture with modern architecture to give a comfortable atmosphere for sleeping and dining. Breakfasts were good and the Japanese noodle restaurant was oh, so delicious and inexpensive. Location was perfect, only a five minute walk from Elizabeth Street and Murray Street malls with plenty of restaurants along the way. And several bus stops practically at the door. And great beaches a short Uber away. We loved every minute of our stay.

Anniversary stay

We really enjoyed the stay at the Melbourne. There's a couple of different places to eat and drink on site. The room was sound proof which is good as you are right in the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars with in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
