Very nice apt in an amazing location! The balcony & view were - WOW. Shame we were there in winter so too cold to sit outside. Nice to be above the various restaurants. Great to have a bath.

I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind.

We had a top floor room this time and the view was great. It's in the morning that the view is just so enjoyable. As always, the room was a good size and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.
