The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling. Room was in a superb spot looking into the garden and seeing the city buildings. Room was always clean, and the cleaners come in every 2-3 days to change bins and towels over. The only thing to note is the TV, if it was a smart TV it would have been a nice package all together. Overall, the location is amazing! I will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Awesome restaurant and staff, the hotel itself was “ ok” You can only book online, we were there for 7 nights and wanted to extend an extra 2, but they couldn’t do it as there is a minimum stay of 3 nights and you can only book online. We couldn’t extend our stay, only book another stay from scratch. Our sink leaked around the waste and wasn’t fixed, our electric jug would not work properly and the shower went hot to cold all the time, otherwise it is a very pleasant hotel and the restaurant is amazing.

The restuarant is excellent, location very good, good value for money. Didn’t like that we wanted to extend our stay of 7 nights to 9 nights, but couldn’t because you can only book online and there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. We had to go elsewhere for 2 extra nights. We couldn’t book the exact number of required nights initially as our child was in hospital and we did not know how long for., The sink leaked through the plug and the floor was wet every time we used it, we advised the staff on day one but it was not fixed during our 7 nights, the electric jug did not switch off, again not rectified during our stay.

I was super impressed by this place. Nice location with lots of big trees lining the streets. Room was super clean and big with full kitchen and even a little balcony. Very comfortable beds. Short walk to CBD but far away enough not to be in middle of hustle and bustle. Loved the old (stylishly renovated) building. Highly recommend.

A fair walk to public transport but the CAT bus service is free and extensive. It was good to have access to the laundry. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only down side to the room was the tv screen being behind the sofa so to watch tv you have to view it in a mirror ahead of you. An enjoyable visit to a lovely city. Would stay there again.

Nicely appointed aparthotel with an en-suite shower and kitchenette. Mount street is close to town and kings park. A little noisy from the traffic bypass. Only issue is they don’t clean each day or take the rubbish Reception times are limited. Lovely independent restaurant downstairs for breakfast and evening meals
