No staff at the Arrival desk to Check-in. Room was incredibly small. Hotel has a general look and feel if a 1960’s run down old property desperately in need of a good cleanup, paint, carpets replaced. On leaving, I found my car had been parked in by 2 cars. Staff were quite rude saying it could be Any customer or persons visiting the onsite gym. After struggling to find the Drivers for a half hour - found it was Hotel Staff, and both were very dismissive and unapologetic that they had parked me in and delayed my leaving for an appointment.
