We had some issues with the unit on thin walls, lukewarm water for shower and power plugs but the front desk staff and duty manager were very responsive, helpful and understanding. The maintenance issue is my only concern otherwise everything was good! 👍

Location is great the free cat bus is just out the front , or you can walk 10 minutes to be in the mall.one of the few that has free parking at the hotel .

Quick check in for this hotel. Room was clean but sometimes the tea bags are not replenished. Bed is too soft for my room; other rooms may be ok. Have good parking within and outside of the hotel.there are Chinese, Vietnamese and a middle eastern eateries nearby and also pizza place around the corner

Good location, with free buses nearby and easy walk to WACA and restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was a reasonable price. Didn't have a car but free onsite parking would be a plus if I did.

Second stay at Metro city but this stay left me a little underwhelmed. Check in was straightforward and staff were friendly and welcoming. I was able to park my car in their secure parking. My room was in a nice, quiet spot. This is where things started going downhill for me. I went to use the amenities in my room, the toilet seat was broken. When I looked to see if it was a quick fix, there was some questionable body fluids and hair attached to the underside of the seat. I then went to use the shower and the shower head was broken, it would only stay up if propped up against the shower wall which didn’t make for a great shower. The bath mat also had a big, pale yellow stain. I reported the toilet and shower issues to reception and they did offer for me to change rooms but unfortunately I was in a hurry as I needed to get to a function and maintenance weren’t able to fix anything until Monday (it was Saturday & a 2x night stay). The rest of the room was clean and welcoming. After returning from the function at 8.30pm, I was greeted with a sign saying the carpark was full and then needed to find street parking. I wasn’t impressed at having to park 500m down the street and walk back alone in an area that can be and was a bit sketchy. Being the weekend, street parking was free. I feel that having pre-booked spaces would be a better system when they are limited. Just an okay stay this time around and guaranteed secure parking is a non negotiable for me.

Was much better than expected and certainly for a 3 star - staff were great, location was excellent, room was sufficient, breakfast was delicious and the towels were awesome - will definitely stay there again.

A basic hotel but large room and all the necessary facilities. Excellent value for Perth and friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to city centre but close to the river and sports facilities. On what appears to be a main road but very quiet even when there was a match at the nearby stadium.
