Despite reading some poor reviews, we had a recently painted room (233) in the annexe bit. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee etc and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.
The entrance doors desperately need some new paint as it gives a poor first impression; the furniture and furnishings in the main hotel are dated, but it is only a 3 * hotel !
All staff we met were friendly, helpful and professional.
There was good, well lit parking.
Our room, towels and bedlinen were all clean.
It would have been lovely to have had at least filter coffee at breakfast. Thank you
