A good place to stopover
Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The entrance area, bar and restaurant were fantastic. The rooms are dated but still acceptable. Our room needed a good clean would be my only major criticism.
Small hotel with homely restaurant & separate lounge bar. Had a lived in feel but character is lost in more standard chain hotels.
Staff & management where friendly & accommodating.
Easily found but well off the main road so quite
Nice wee country hotel and was perfect for our needs. Don't normally do breakfast so be aware. Suggest towels could be replaced. Would certainly be happy to stay again.
First time at hotel, used as a stop over sith food and drinks. Hotel was great and staff were excellent. Hotel facilities were good although rooms a little dated but ticked all the boxes for us.
Lovely and quiet. No fans or whirring noises inside and no traffic noise from outside.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. We arrived just before the kitchen closed and they made sure we were able to get dinner, which was just what we needed after a 6 hour drive. The food is typical pub food. The room was dated but quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again.
while an older hotel it is very clean, quiet, safe and easy to park. the food is very good. Friendly staff. I would return to this location again if in the area.
There was no breakfast during the week days, reception and bar staff friendly.

The stay was fine for an overnight business trip . The price paid reflected the standard . The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable. Fast WiFi . Friendly helpful staff member .
A great looking building and a great reception from Stef.My room was well ventilated disnt need the heating on a nice 2 seater sofa was great for readi g and watching the tv.The shower could be a bit more powerful and that was the only fault. The restaurant and bar do not open on Monday and Tuesday.it was very quiet.
Just spent the weekend in the Inchture Hotel. My room was a little tired, but exceptionally large, clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, accommodating and friendly, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel was lovely, I would definitely stay here again
Our stay was fine. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed. We had to find somewhere to eat nearby, recommendation though from the hotel. After a long journey, with long delay and 7pm arrival, we would have preferred to just settle in for the evening. We then had to find somewhere for breakfast in the morning.
Toilet flush was very poor.

Okay but not good
Room was ok and clean enough. Two issues:
1. No water pressure. Toilet wouldn’t even flush.
2. No sound proofing. Yo can hear everything!

Stay was just ok
Hotel is in a pretty wee village. The main hotel areas were ok, bit tired looking in places. Our room was small, clean enough and bed was comfy but in dire need of doing up. En suite bathroom in particular needs ripped out, very worn and the mouldy shower mat didn't help. A bit of a paint and the grout cleaned would have made it look a bit better. Food in the hotel was ok, cooked breakfast was really tasty but they don't serve breakfast every day and there's nowhere else round about to eat so that wasn't great. Staff were all really nice and friendly. In the 4 nights we stayed though no one went into our room to clean or check if we needed fresh towels or tea tray topped up. We had to ask them to empty the bin in the room and were told if it needs emptying again put it outside the door and they'll take it away so we did and no one took it away, was still there when we left. There is a very well stocked bar but it keeps strange hours and isn't even open until the end of licensing hours, even for guests. That said, our stay was ok and we only paid £180 for 4 nights which was a fair price for the room.
