It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

To call this a 4* hotel is laughable. It says it quite clearly on the front. The room - blackout curtains - no way. The room was so bright from the neon lights from the neighbouring industrial site, I could not sleep. The pullows were super thin. When I asked for 2 more for my son and I, they told me they only had one spare hahaha - in the whole hole;. Shocking. We went to drink some water from the glass provided in the room - both had not been cleaned and had some dried drink in it. They did not change our towels when they changed our sheets. The room and whole hotel need serious upgrading and renovation. They said they have a jacuzzi - it’s an inflatable one you can get in a supermarket. It also does not work, had no water and was empty. They said they had a spa, this was never open. They said they had a sauna. This was broken They said they had a gym. Nearly all the equipment was broken, missing or not cleaned. They said they had a pool. First they said they couldn’t use it. Then after pouring in a lot of chlorine let my child and I in after 10 minutes. Surely this is not safe. Again this was another example of poor facilities, service and attention to detail. Mainly I’m annoyed with the false advertising, and to be fair the staff were nice.

Malheureusement il n'y a pas l'intermédiaire entre "mediocre" et "moyen" sur H.com. En résumé: Les +: Tres bon accueil, sourire et disponibilité du personnel. Prix raisonnable Grand parking gratuit Jardin agreable. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Minibar (payant) Machine à expresso Oreillers Wc indépendants de la SDB Les -: 4 etoiles?!?! = c'est une vrai blague!! Couloirs extra sombres, on y voit à peine pour marcher. Chambre deprimante. Télé minuscule accrochée juste en-dessous du plafond dont la télécommande fonctionne difficilement. Lit tres ferme, je sentais les ressorts dans le dos. Serviettes de basse qualité Salle de bain minuscule SPA en panne Grande salle de sport sans point d'ezu proposé. 2 tapis de marche/course dont 1 qui se bloque en 1 minute et l'autre qui ne fonctionne qu'à 16 km/m heure. Lumière de la terrasse restant allumée toute la nuit. C'est sûr je ne reviendrai pas. Il faut vraiment que le propriétaire renove les chambres. Je suis peut-être difficile ! Je retiendrai la gentillesse du personnel.

Déçus pour un 4 ****

Première assignation dans une chambre où la section salle de bain avec bain-douche vitrée avait été rénovée, mais où la toilette était défectueuse. (Dans cette chambre, il y avait une machine pour le café.) Ne pouvant pas réparer la toilette, on nous assigne une nouvelle chambre. Cette fois-ci, la salle de bain n’est pas rénovée. C’est une chambre pour handicapés avec douche. Au sol, il y a un rebord métallique dangereux. Nous avons aussi un rideau de douche douteux qui nous colle sur le corps. Cette fois, nous n’avons pas accès à une machine à café. (Nous avons une bouilloire). Décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Vi havnet på dette sjarmerende hotellet da vi fikk dekk problemer på vei hjem fra Spania. Kan ikke få fullrost damen i resepsjonen nok. Hun snakket godt engelsk og var utrolig hjelpsom, hun ringte dekkforhandlere og snakket med franske utgaven av naf, hun stod virkelig på. Frokosten var veldig god, og restauranten kan virkelig anbefales. Vi kommer tilbake.

Je viens assez souvent dans cet hôtel tous les 15 jours en moyenne, et je suis toujours satisfait de l’accueil du personnel qui est à l’écoute de ses clients, qui est très accueillant et chaleureux. J’ai pas l’habitude de manger au restaurant hier soir, j’y suis allé et que ce soit au niveau gustatif, ou au niveau du service, tout était excellent. Bravo à Elodie pour son Acceuil et son sourire qui rend agréable l’expérience.
