The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. But it is incredibly loud. Not only was traffic outside super prominent, but there was an office in front of our room and you could hear the person in it talking loudly all day. Bring a sound machine if staying here. Otherwise, it's centrally located. And the included breakfast was really good.

Our hotel stay and the attendance of the staff was excellent. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast, which is sub-catered to another restaurant on the top floor, needs much improvement (staff, food), taking into consideration, that the hotel is advertised as "Luxury". We definetly enjoyed our stay in the hotel ZiOne and recommend it to others.

A nice boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are on the small side but very well appointed. A great rooftop restaurant and a choice on the first floor. Fast casual, fast food and cafe. A very short walk to an abundance of others.

The rooms are not soundproof, so if you have a room next to the road you will not sleep. The hotel is sandwiched between two nightclubs plus there is a restaurant with life music on the 4th floor, so don’t stay there if you need rest or like it quiet. The staff is AMAZING !!! very helpful with any issues you might have. The breakfast is ok. But same every day. I would not choose this hotel if breakfast was a decisive factor

Gorgeous room with outdoor jacuzzi. Location is great, with restaurants & bars, but it brings unbelievable noise from within the hotel (there’s a restaurant above my floor) and outside is just bad. I’m writing this right now at 11pm and resistance is futile.

Great place and great price

The place was great! Super convenient, and they allowed me to check-in a bit early. The room was immaculate, but it showed a bit of age. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in Colombia. The curtains were amazing at blocking out the sun, and it is very sound proof. In the end, I highly recommend this place for the location, comfort, and price.

It is a nice looking hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There were a few issues. 1. There was a dirty coffee cup left from the previous guests under the curtain, so the room was not cleaned very well. The air conditioner was dripping water on the floor, so they had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. It's on the main street, so it's extremely noisy. Upon arrival I showed my passport from my phone. I was told to avoid the taxes I needed to show the '90' day stamp. I showed the person upon checkout my work visa which is good until June 2026, and it also shows for entries-multiple. They were still insisting on a 90 day stamp, even though I was not there for 90 days and my work visa clearly showed that. They were still going to try and charge me for taxes until I showed them the stamp in my passport, which I did the next day. This was a horrible experience and shows this hotel is greedy for money and their front staff need better training. I will never stay at this hotel again not will I recommend it to others. Completely avoid this hotel, they are only out to get more money out of you.

Great location. Comfortable bed in clean room. Great chicken restaurant on the first floor. Wifi spotty in my room. Mini fridge appeared to be out of order. No cup for drinking in the room. All around great place minus a few bells and whistles.
