The staff was great one star. very accommodating. Breakfast great 2 stars. The Complaints: 1. One towel in the room for 2 people 2. Kitchen and room had not a single dish or silverware and not a glass in the place 3. No blackout shades 4. SMOKE DETECTOR MISSING 5. Room on floor 4, the porter not there. Late 60s and varied suitcase up to 4th floor. 6 Black stairs going down very dangerous. They put reflective tape on the edges but stairwell light did not always go on. 7. Floor coming up in room 8. Mold in bathroom I never wrote a bad review. But the place was dangerous.

This was an ok hotel. I was very happy that I paid for a queen sized bedroom and instead was given a double bed room. It worked out however, because the other bed in the room was so soiled with huge yellow stains all over the bed. Absolutely disgusting and I'm not sure how the cleaning staff and management can continue to offer a bed in this condition. The were a couple of positives, the staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was ok. This could be a better hotel with some minor changes.

It’s a decent place to stay, there is ac and hot water, a buffet for breakfast, and everyone is very attentive and hospitable to your stay. I very much recommend this hotel! Also your in the center so any place in the city you want to go to is nearby, as opposed to staying farther from the city everything is farther like the malls and shops.

The breakfast was good and the service no complains. However, the rooms are not very comfortable since you can hear everything from outside. Literally you can hear the door moving on the even next room and when the bath is used. Walls are made with drywall. Saturday night to Sunday morning (or any holiday) if you stay at the hotel with your car, you need to move it to another block on the mornings because there street is closed around 6:30am. This is due to a mobility restrictions in the area. You can do it by yourself or you can ask the guy from the reception to do it for you.
