The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say good morning and nothing else. It took several minutes to simply ask for toilet paper.. We had to present the roll from the bathroom to arrive at an understanding of the issue.

It was a nice spacious apartment my two complains were the elevator, since its part of the mall it takes long! Its always busy also the noise from the cars will not let you sleep (the mattress was hard)

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, ofrece accesibilidad a comercio, restaurantes y locales comerciales. Todo es nuevo y esta en muy buenas condiciones. Excelente lugar para una estadia larga

Muy buena ubicación si requiere la zona de Cerritos. Acceso fácil al parqueadero, al supermercado y demás locales del centro comercial. Apartamentos cómodos, modernos y muy bien dotados. El único inconveniente es que, al estar al lado de la autopista, se siente mucho el ruido de los vehículos y en ocasiones incomoda. Espacio para descansar y trabajar en el apartamento. Repetiré cada que vaya a esta zona.
